Select the 'Centreline' button
and the command prompt reads:
Give Arc / Circle:
Select the arc or circle that you would like to draw a centreline through.
The prompt now reads:
Give Distance:
A dynamic cross is drawn from the centre of the circle outwards to the same distance as the cursor from the centre point of the arc or circle to indicate how the centreline will be drawn. You can now use the cursor to select a point on the drawing that will give you the required centreline feature, you can also enter a specific distance from the centre of the circle using the distance or direct entry methods outlined in the snaps and input options section.
The 'Centreline' is stored on the drawing as a series of polylines and is edited as individual polylines. See Modifying/Moving a Polyline.
