Forgotten your Purchase Email Address

This is a common Activation support issue. If you can't remember the email address you used when you purchased DRAFT IT then click on the link highlighted in the image below.

The 'Order identification' form (shown below) is displayed. Complete the form and click on the apply button.

Once you receive the email click on the Enter the activation code you received by email link. Then complete the activation as described above in the 'Enter the activation code you received by email' section of this topic.
